Here’s what President James N. Sullivan has to say about our company:

For more than a century, The O’Connell Companies have embodied the highest standards of integrity and quality in property development and construction as well as in energy project management. We work closely with our clients, listening to their needs and then, informed by that insight, bring focus and analysis to complex projects.

Although our companies are seemingly diverse, each is linked by The O’Connell Companies’ resources and its 138-year history. Our project planning services include construction and development of the Basketball Hall of Fame as well as numerous college and research facilities across New England; real estate and facilities management; alternative energy solutions; and environmental clean-up projects across the U.S., including Boston Harbor. The result is an intimate understanding of our clients’ needs and a strong connection to the communities we work in. We believe our projects, from construction to environmental management, not only make good business sense, they make the world a better place.

Daniel O’Connell, our founder, established high standards in quality and ethics; standards that we still measure ourselves by today.
