Construction is underway on our new company headquarters! The new building, located at the end of the cul-de-sac on Kelly Way in Holyoke, allows four of our six companies to operate under one roof: The O’Connell Companies, O’Connell Development Group, Daniel O’Connell’s Sons, and Appleton Corporation.

Designed by Amenta Emma Architects, the new building creates areas for employee interaction, communication, and collaboration in a way that doesn’t exist now in our current facilities. Each of the two main levels of the building have open work spaces for small and large group collaboration in addition to work stations and offices. Our goal was to create an energy-efficient facility located in a wooded, natural setting.
