- Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, responsible for providing administrative support for the Project Team in a construction field office in CT/MA and RI. Maintain basic office functions including but not limited to, answering and directing all incoming phone calls, open and disseminate and send out daily mail, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, processing certified payrolls.
- Position requires excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, and Prolog, with the ability to learn and use other software). Responsible for maintaining an extensive filing system of job-related correspondence and documents, drawings and other data, as well as general office correspondence and project logs. Perform other similar or associated duties as responsibilities necessitate or as assigned.
- Provide quantity take-offs for change-order estimates. Assist project management in securing subcontractor pricing. Contact subcontractors and suppliers regarding deliveries, schedules, availability of materials, pending estimates and other related project matters.
- Compile data and prepare various periodic or special repots as required. Maintain necessary files and records. Assist Superintendents with administrative requirements.
Equivalent to high school plus additional specialized courses.
Three to five years of Field Office Experience Preferred.
